At the shoulder is a common condition involving the acromion process and the soft tissue structures that can become trapped between the acromion and the head of the humorous. Most commonly impinged are the supraspintus and bicipital tendon. The subacromian bursa can also be affected. Impingement is usually caused by overuse during a function involving the arm being moved out to the side, over head and backwards. Activities that reduce the subacromial space.

I am a 'first time' user of the above programme. I found the experience therapeutic, reassuring and have certainly felt the benefits of massage. The service was faultless and I intend to use every week where possible. I highly recommend.
