Pain is localised to the lower back and is usually caused by rotation and incorrect lifting from forward position and is referred to as lumbago.

Caroline is very knowledgeable and understanding. I didnt think there was any hope for me after my accident as that is what all the physios and doctors said, but Caroline has shown that I can get better and improve, which I am doing all the time.
